Besides option for shareholder to vote using terminals stationed at the designated location in the Meeting hall, Symphony Mobile e-Poll application is another channel for the shareholder to vote.
Prior to the meeting date, the shareholder can download the application via App Store. On the meeting day, the shareholder is required to connect to WIFI provided by Symphony. After successful login, shareholder will be given a time duration to vote for all resolutions of the meeting.
